Sarah and Adam have been together for just over 10 years and throughout that time have endured many personal adversities, that coupled with universities, career challenges and just the everyday coping with what life throws at you, they have come through it all and today are stronger together than ever. What shines though all of this is their total and complete love for one another, they are true soul mates, each others better halves. What I love about Sarah and Adam is their ability to laugh through everything and just get on with life, they are a wonderful couple and it was a true privilege to be able to be part of their special day.
Wardour Castle Wiltshire, wow!.... it is a wonderful venue, one I love to shoot at, it has drama, history, romance - it's just an ideal setting and a photographers dream. The day itself was full of fun and laughter and a few tears, naturally! Sarah spent the morning preparing in the lovely Fleur de Lys Hotel in Shaftesbury, very relaxed and full of her usual infectious laughter. Adam arrived at Wardour Castle in an open topped vintage Landrover, all spruced up and raring to go! Again no signs of nerves, just impatient to marry the girl of his dreams. Sarah finally arrived at the castle and the dream wedding began. Not all of the happy couples guests could squeeze into the small room just off the main Castle courtyard, so a special video link and screen had been set up to give live action to the room next door - as Sarah and Adams vows were finally exchanged, a loud cheer was heard from next door! The next couple of hours were spent leisurely at the Castle before it was time for the couple to leave together in the Landrover to head to their reception which was being held at the Coppleridge Inn in Motcombe Dorset. More champagne on arrival and a few more guests to meet, Sarah and Adam were soon sat down to a wonderful meal. This followed by the touching speeches and a great band to see out the night.
All in all a wonderful day, and for the most part the sun shone too. To Sarah and Adam, thank you for a great day, I wish you all the happiness in the world.

Sarah & Andrew, The Larmer Tree
Saturday was a perfect summers day, just what you need for the Larmer Tree, which is wasted as venue if you can't get into the gardens.
Sarah was driven to the Larmer tree Grounds by her dad in his classic TR6, where they were met by a piper (Sarah is Scottish).
Sarah and Andrew are a lovely couple, really relaxed and fun to be around. Andrews family all shipped over from Australia, and they mixed brilliantly (and noisily!) with Sarah's Scottish contingent.
The ceremony was held in the Victorian Pavilion, and had a very fun, warm and emotional feel.
The lawn games made for some fun entertainment during the afternoon for the young and energetic, whilst many also made good use of the deckchairs to sit in the heat with their Pimms and listen to the excellent Swing singer - exactly what the Larmer Tree grounds are made for.
Dinner was served in true Aussie style, of course - Barbecue!
The Larmer Tree Grounds are a beautiful setting for a wedding. Sarah & Andrew really created a day to remember, and one I throughly enjoyed being a part of.
