A couple of days ago, I had the most fun on an eshoot. Vicci and Jon came to see me in the studio and yes you guessed it, it was raining hard outside, another eshoot in the studio loomed. Not that I mind shooting in the studio, I just prefer to be out and about, I find it far more stimultating for both myself artistically and for my couples experience. Still, I digress, raining it was and so the studio beckoned, however Jon plays in a band and Vicci also sings, and music is definately playing quite a big part in their wedding. It just so happened that Jon had a fair bit of his gear in the back of the car, so off he went to fetch it…! What followed was a fab fun shoot, Jon and Vicci just did their thing and I snapped away and got treated to a private concert whilst I worked, dosn’t get much better than that!

Jon and Vicci are getting married in July in Dorset at Kingston Country Courtyard just outside Corfe Castle, if their wedding day rocks half as much as their Dorset eshoot, its gonna be fab

Last Friday I met up with Denise and Michael for their eshoot and would you know it the sun was only shining…oh yes it was!

Denise and Michael live in Weymouth Dorset and are rather partial to being near water so opted to go down to the local Mill on the river Stour for their shoot.

Denise and Michael are getting married in June at the fab Dorset wedding venue that is Lorton House…more sunshine please!

A couple of weeks ago saw me head off to a new venue for me the Loghouse Mill on the Brue in Somerset for the wedding of Abi & Sam. A cold day (apparently colder than Christmas day according to weather stats), but at least bright and dry ( a nice change from the drought weather we have been having ). My first stop was with Abi and the girls of course, all very chilled indeed and then off th the Longhouse to catch up with Sam.

A lovely ceremony in the cellar room of the Longhouse and then outside again to gather near near the patio heaters for warmth with champange and good company. At last some sunshine and time for a few family formal pictures and then a quiet wander with Abi and Sam for some intimate picture for the album.

Heading back indoors now and the wedding breakfast followed by speeches.

Some relaxation time before Abi throws her bouquet and we head back indoors for the official cutting of the cake followed by Abi and Sam taking to the floor for the first dance.
